The quiet,sandy beach of Anderby Creek is less than 2 miles away, whilst the traditional seaside villages of Sutton on Sea and Chapel St Leonards and the larger, livelier resorts of Skegness and Mabelthorpe are close by.
Church Farm is located within the heart of Lincolnshire's Coastal Country Park, with its ancient grazing meadows and nature reserves and offers a natural base for walkers, bird watchers and cyclists to explore the wildlife and wild places of the coastline. The country's first 'Cloud Bar' at Anderby Creek provides the ultimate platform for viewing the spectacular wide-open skies along the Lincolnshire Coast.
Locally, a paddling pool, tennis, bowls, beach huts to hire, golf links course and gardens of Sutton on Sea and Sandilands.
