Church Farm is a detached Victorian farmhouse offering spacious and flexible accommodation. The house stands privately within its own large garden in the small, quiet village of Anderby.
Recently renovated to provide light and airy living accommodation, the property has under floor heating fitted throughout the ground floor. In addition, a wood-burning stove is located in the lounge to create an extra cosy space in which to relax. Initial wood supply is provided free of charge.

Dogs are welcome (maximum of 2) with the prior agreement of the owner at an additional cost of £25 per dog.
Please note,the hedging around the boundary is newly planted and does not yet offer screening and shelter from the neighbouring fields.
Smoking is not permitted within the house.
A large, open plan Kitchen and Dining Room, with adjoining Utility Room, Cloakroom and Pantry make up a generous living space. These rooms are newly fitted and include an electric Range Cooker, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge-freezer, Washing Machine and Wine Cooler. An impressive oak dining table provides the perfect setting for large, sociable gatherings. A radio and CD player with iPod dock is situated in the dining area.
The Garden Room, with two large, comfy sofas is a perfect place to lounge and enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine. French doors lead onto a small patio area and into the garden beyond.
The Lounge can seat up to eight guests and includes a Freeview TV and a DVD player. One of the sofas can be converted to a double sofa bed, by prior arrangement with the owners. A wood burning stove is located here . Free W-Fi is now available.
Four Bedrooms make up the sleeping accommodation on the first floor. There is one double-bedded room with a 5 ft bed and two twin bedded rooms with 3 ft beds. The fourth bedroom is small and contains bunk beds. Bed linen and towels are provided. You are, however, respectfully requested to bring your own beach towels.
Upstairs, there is one Bathroom with bath and one Shower Room with a large walk in shower. Both have been newly refurbished and include heated towel rails. Please note, the bathroom is reached by descending two steps and parts of this room have limited access due to a sloping ceiling.
A newly laid hedge surrounds the Garden, which, when more mature, will provide screening and shelter to the farmland beyond. A large, south-facing patio sheltered by the garden wall extends to include a covered BBQ area. Outdoor furniture and a coal fired BBQ are provided.
There is a detached, secure Garage for two vehicles and an adjoining, lockable Storeroom. The gravelled driveway can accommodate several parked cars.
